The Arcana Box SBS protective sleeve is an essential accessory for owners of the compact, high-end Arcana Box and the Arcana SBS. Developed through the collaboration between Arcana Mods and PIPELINE, this protective sleeve provides defence against scratches, impacts, and everyday wear whilst maintaining the refined aesthetic of your device.

Made of high-quality nylon-carbon, the protective sleeve gives a distinctive, technical look and provides additional everyday protection without adding unnecessary bulk. The material is particularly robust, lightweight and pleasantly grippy. The design is engineered to complement the compact form factor of your device, ensuring it remains pocket-friendly and easy to carry. Whether you are commuting, travelling, or simply want to preserve the pristine condition of your mod, this sleeve delivers professional-grade protection.

The SBS sleeve is specifically designed for the Arcana Box and the Arcana SBS, guaranteeing a precise fit that does not interfere with button access, the display, or charging. The sleeve allows seamless interaction with all device controls whilst keeping your mod safe from the rigours of daily use.

Manufactured using the SLS 3D printing process (Selective Laser Sintering) , the sleeve has a typical, slightly textured surface. This is specific to the material and manufacturing process and underscores the functional, technical character of the sleeve. The surface provides improved grip and safe handling of the battery carrier.

Note: For use with an 18500 battery, the optionally available 18500 battery cover (taller version) is required.

Assembly instructions

1. Remove USB-C pin with logo
2. Unscrew the battery cover
3. Carefully slide the sleeve over the battery carrier
4. Re-attach the USB-C cover and battery cover – this will securely fix the sleeve.

Should the sleeve have even the slightest play, we recommend applying the protective film for the base plate, which is included with the battery carrier , to the underside. This will ensure the sleeve fits snugly and also provide additional protection for the base plate.

The sleeve is made of elastic, flexible nylon-carbon. It can help reduce the forces acting on it in everyday life, thus minimising the risk of wear and tear or damage but is not warranted to protect your device from all risks and as with all electronic devices, dropping the battery carrier should be avoided if possible.
As an accessory product, the sleeve is not covered by the same warranty as the Arcana Box itself. However, PIPELINE stands behind the quality of all their products.
