Click & Collect

You must place an order on the website and choose the Click & Collect delivery option BEFORE collecting from our warehouse. We aren't a showroom and we are not able to accommodate walk-in custom.

If you're local to us and would like to save on postage and packing costs, you can buy online and collect from our distribution centre in Chesham, Buckinghamshire. Simply select the "Click & Collect" delivery option when you place your order, and leave us a comment stating when you would like to collect.

We're usually open for collections Monday - Friday 10am-5pm but we are occasionally out of the office for short periods. It's always best to put a comment on your order indicating roughly when you think you'll be collecting your order. Please do ensure you check our Current Shipping Status to make sure we don't have a scheduled closure on the day you wish to collect.
