Christmas 2025 operating hours

We will be closing over the Christmas period this year to visit family overseas. Our website will remain open for browsing and ordering throughout the festive period, but there will be no shipping until we return on Monday 5th January 2026.

Our last shipping day before Christmas will be Friday 19th December.
Order before 4pm* to ensure we dispatch before we close for Christmas.
Orders placed after 4pm* on Friday 19th December will be posted on Monday 5th January 2026.

^*Our cutoff time for DPD and DHL shipments is 2:45pm.

 

Christmas last posting dates

Place your order on or before the dates below, to guarantee we'll get it posted in time to meet Royal Mail's recommended latest Christmas 2025 posting dates.
Please be aware, these are recommendations only and not a guarantee that packages will definitely arrive before Christmas and we urge you to order as early as you can.

United Kingdom 

Friday 19th December (before 4pm) - All UK Royal Mail and DPD shipments.
 

International (Royal Mail)

Royal Mail have not published individual international last posting dates this year, they are just indicating that items should be posted as early as possible due to the higher postal volumes at this busiest time of year. We're indicating the following guideline last postal dates (based on last year's), but please be aware, that they are guidelines only and receipt is not guaranteed to be before Christmas. The earlier you order, the better!

Thursday 4th December - Belarus, Bulgaria, Carribean, Cyprus, Israel, Italy, Madeconia, Malta and Sweden

Tuesday 9th December - Andorra, Bangladesh, Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Equador, El Salvador, Gibraltar, India, Latvia, Lithuania, Philippines, Slovakia and Slovenia & Uruguay

Thursday 11th December - Albania, Canada, Croatia, France, Greenland, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Indonesia, Japan, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Peru, Russia, Singapore, Taiwan & Thailand
