Changed your mind?

No worries! If you’re in the UK, you can return any unopened items within 14 days of receiving your order. Just contact us first so we can authorise your return and guide you through the process.

Outside the UK? Get in touch and we’ll advise you.

 

How to return something

Please contact us first to authorise your return. Once we’ve given the go-ahead, we’ll email you a return form and our returns address. Pack everything up nice and secure and don’t forget to include your name and details, your order number, the reason for the return and any documents we’ve requested.

We recommend using your local Post Office’s Signed-For service and keeping proof of postage, just in case your package takes a detour. If you’re returning because you’ve changed your mind, return postage costs will be on you.

Please note: For safety and hygiene reasons, we can’t accept items that have been opened or unsealed (unless they are faulty).

 

Faulty item?

We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t working as it should and it’s still under warranty, don't delay, get in touch with us straight away - we can often help without you needing to send it back.

If a return is necessary, we’ll guide you through the process. Once we receive your item and confirm the fault, we’ll repair, replace or refund it (whichever makes the most sense). If we find it’s not faulty, we’ll contact you to explain what’s happened and we’ll return it to you free of charge, though we won’t cover your original return postage costs.

 

Received an incorrect or damaged item?

Oops – our mistake! If you’ve received the wrong product or there’s an issue with any aspect of your order, please let us know within 3 days. We may ask for a quick photo and if we need you to send it back, we’ll provide a pre-paid returns label. Just pop it in the post within 7 days in its original, unopened condition.
