Svoemesto Kayfun [Lite] / Dicodes Dani Box "Dark Silk" Edition kit

 

The original Kayfun Lite was first introduced in 2013 as the entry level Kayfun and it quickly became the benchmark RTA to which all MTL atomisers have been compared for flavour. The 2019 Kayfun [Lite] is a diminutive 33mm in height, that's shorter than some drippers on the market! The build deck can be accessed with liquid in the tank and filling is much easier now that it is done through the bottom of the tank instead of a small hole under the base. Air flow is adjustable with a grub screw hidden inside the 510 post.

The Dicodes Dani Box Mini is a high quality 18650 regulated device packed with features and powered by the very well regarded Dicodes electronics. Capable of 80W of power and temperature control with various wire types, the firmware allows the user to select one of 4 different modes of operation, allowing the user to switch between variable watt, variable watt with heat protection, variable watt with power boost, or variable temperature.

This Dark Silk DLC Special Edition kit bears a black DLC coating. DLC stands for diamond-like carbon and is a nano-composite coating that has unique properties of natural diamond - low friction, high hardness, and high corrosion resistance. Dark Silk is a surface treatment method, which has been developed in a collaboration between Dicodes and SvoëMesto. The surface is prepared in a multistage blasting procedure before being DLC coated with a colour that is unique to this project. Due to harmonised processes the surfaces of atomiser and box are identical every time with a smooth matte finish that gives this special edition a dark silky appearance.

Note: The surface treatment on this Special Dark Silk DLC Edition is different to that on the Kayfun Lite Nite DLC Editions.
