Polycarbonate problems

It is known that some e-liquid ingredients can cause cracking or even melting of polycarbonate, plastic or acrylic tanks and tubes.

The following ingredients and juices are ones to stay away from if you wish to avoid these types of issues. It's not an exhaustive list and if you have a juice that has caused your tank to frost up or crack, please let us know and we will add it to the list.

We regret that damage caused to your tank by ingredients in your e-liquid is not covered by your warranty.

• Aniseed, Anise & Absinthe flavourings
• Citric acid
• Cinnamon
• Clove oil
• Fruit acids
• Illusions Nirvana flavour
• Orange oil
• Malic acid
• Sour flavors
• E-liquids containing triacetin
• Some cola juices and flavourings
• Some menthol juices (depends on the carrier used for the menthol crystals)
• Wintergreen juice or flavoring
