CURRENT POSTAL STATUS

 

Our Current Shipping Status: NORMAL

All orders are currently being dispatched the same working day or the following working day depending on the time you place your order. You will receive your tracking reference in your dispatch notification email. Please check your spam filter for a dispatch notification before emailing us to ask for a tracking number, particularly if you use gmail or yahoo mail.

Where you have chosen a Royal Mail postage option, we please request UK customers allow at least 10 working days and International customers allow at least 20 working days to elapse since we dispatched your order before contacting us about the whereabouts of your package.

Planned outages & delays

We'll be taking a much-needed break from 3rd to 14th August 2026.

The good news is that orders are still being dispatched! Our warehouse manager will be picking and shipping orders on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday throughout this period, so your goodies will still be on their way.

Please be aware that email response times will be slower than usual during this time. We'll do our very best to keep an eye on things while we get some rest and relaxation, but if you've dropped us a message please bear with us and we will get back to you.

Full service and regular daily shipping resumes on Monday 17th August.
