I love almost everything about it but im having a big problem with the ohms jumping around. And in a big way. I asked Oliver at smokerstore and he said he's aware of this problem and that if I send it all the way to Germany they will fix it. At this price you really do expect far better and why did smokerstore give them to great companies like cdv if they know there's something wrong. Im gutted I can't lie and I can't afford to send it away or to b without a vape during the wait. But I stress this isn't on Keith. It lies with the manufacturer

The machining and how everything just works is top notch. It looks good but you have the option to change it with different top caps and tips. Also for me, the airflow out of the box, in standard form is just right, a slight restriction on a direct lung hit, although for a proper DL you can take the air disks out. I’m using a 3mm staple alien ka1 at 0.36 ohms with the 6 x 1.8mm air holes at 35 watts and I can chain vape this and the SS ropes keep the cotton super saturated. This is also with the little grub screw, for better ventilation in the tank, still in place. Keith was very helpful

Really good atomiser, stainless steel ropes work brilliantly. I have a .36 ohm kanthal staple alien in there at 35 watts and I can chain vape (without the little grub screw removed on lower deck) and it keeps up brilliantly. I have a couple of different top caps and the steel tank section so, as with all Taifun, you can customise this entirely to look and vape how you like. Also straight out of the box the airflow is my kind of vape 6x 1.8mm air holes is giving me a slight restriction on my direct lung, but to most people this is direct lung- also you can remove the air disks and then have a definite direct lung vape. Now, I am a bit biased when it comes to Taifun. I love their products, but when they are so consistently brilliant, it’s hard not to be biased to them. And the GX is no different.

First off, the machining is absolutely gorgeous. Not a single scratch or blemish to be seen. The only thing, as with most high end, is that every single o ring is super saturated in vg. Certainly helps the o rings from drying out or getting stuck, but a minor inconvenience. Always wash before your first use.

It’s the best RDTA I’ve ever owned and has the most efficient wicking I've ever seen. The flavor is top notch and if you love restrictive direct lung hits like I, you will not be disappointed.

If you run a juice guzzler of a coil, I highly suggest using the stainless steel mesh strips for wicks instead of the cables. They drastically increase the efficiency of the wicking.

I love this tank. I highly recommend the Taifun GX. It's easy to build, its easy to wick and it vapes like a dream. It's a high end tank that vapes like a high end tank should.

I’ve been using the GX almost exclusively for the last four weeks. I’ve had absolutely no leaks or dry hits. It is a really good atty. I blocked four of the six air holes on the air discs with short pieces of wooden toothpicks and put on a Kayfun V4 plain drip tip. I changed the 5mm O-Rings on the drip tip to 4mm so it isn’t so tight. I love it. Super hi-quality machining like the BTD. It is easy to build, wick and fill. I wish Smokerstore would let you choose your supplied air discs. I’m going to try the single 1.5mm air discs. Should be perfect for me. It produces a flavorful saturated vape like the BTD. Looks good sitting on a Dani Box Mini. If I’m gushing it is because it is so good. To quote a popular Scottish reviewer, “Just buy one”
