Royal Mail Delivery Speed Exclusions

There are some geographical exclusions from the Tracked 24 delivery aim and the Next Day Guarantee. The information detailed below is subject to change so we always advise customers to check the Royal Mail website for the most up-to-date information.

Tracked 24 and First Class speed exclusions

Royal Mail have a next working day delivery aim for their Tracked 24 service, but the areas detailed below are excluded from this.

Special Delivery Next Day speed exclusions

Royal Mail do not guarantee express mail to the areas listed below, although our shopping cart will still allow you to select Special Delivery - it is your responsibility to check whether or not you will actually receive your package by 1pm the next day. These areas are detailed below.
