VAT (sales taxes)

Our prices are shown in British pounds (GBP) and include 20% Value Added Tax (VAT). This tax is not applicable on exports, and you will not pay VAT if your delivery address is outside the EU.

If you are a non-EU customer, the first time you place an order, you will be shown the VAT inclusive prices up until the last moment before checkout, when the VAT is deducted. We advise you create an account, because once you've been through the checkout process once, your tax status will be known and thereafter, when logged into your account, all pricing on the site will be shown without VAT.


Currency Conversion

If you choose to pay by PayPal, you will see the total amount converted to your local currency prior to completing your payment. If you choose to pay by Credit/Debit card, you will not see the actual amount you will be paying in your local currency prior to checkout, because the conversion is handled by your credit card provider who may also charge additional fees for foreign currency payments.

For a rough idea of what you'll pay, we advise you check the current exchange rate before purchasing, using a site like - but be aware, the exchange rate provided by your card issuer or PayPal will differ slightly.



Packages are sent by Royal Mail and your local mail handler will require a signature on delivery. If you prefer it, we are able to ship by the faster DHL service. Please contact us for a quote prior to placing your order.
Overseas packages sent via Royal Mail services typically take 5-15 working days* to arrive, depending on your destination, and can occasionally take longer. If your package hasn't yet arrived, and 15 working days* have elapsed, please contact us for advice.

Customs Restrictions and Seizures

Some destinations do not allow the import of some of the products we sell. If you are based in a country that has restrictions on electronic cigarettes or nicotine containing products, you'll need to ensure you are aware of your local restrictions and understand that you order these products at your own risk. Middle-Eastern and North African customs are particularly strict and they delay packages fairly frequently, sometimes destroying them, sometimes returning them after 2-3 months.

We will not remove labels or packaging from e-liquids, or disguise the nature of the liquid in any way for any reason, so please do not ask us to do so. We advise you purchase liquids and hardware separately, a few days apart.

If your delivery is delayed and there's a possibility your package has been refused by your local customs, we will do our absolute best to assist, but cannot be held responsible if they destroy the goods.

If a package has been rejected and returned to us we will contact you to ask whether you'd like a refund, or for us to try resending it (at your own cost). If you opt for a refund, the actual postage costs and any payment fees we incurred will be deducted from your refund. These deducted costs may exceed the postage and packaging fee you originally paid. We will not resend goods or refund prior to receiving the return of the undeliverable package. So be sure to check your local regulations before ordering.


*Working days are Mon-Fri only and exclude weekends and public holidays.
