The Aegis Mini 5 packs a 3200mAh internal battery and up to 100 Watts of output into a compact box mod. Battery capacity is unusually good for the size, and 3A fast charging over USB-C means it charges quickly when it does run down.

Like the rest of the Aegis range it carries an IP67 rating, so it is dust, water and shock resistant. The metal C-frame and cushioned back panel give it both grip and protection, and the USB-C port sits behind a solid silicone bung to keep it sealed.

Power comes from the AS 4.0 chipset, which holds output steady as the battery drains rather than tailing off towards the end of a charge. Two modes are available: Smart, which sets the wattage automatically based on the installed coil, and Power, which lets you set it yourself. A physical A-Lock switch on the side prevents pocket firing, with a separate +/- lock to stop accidental wattage changes.

The standard 510 connector takes any tank or rebuildable atomiser you want to run on it.
