Countries we ship to

We used to ship to almost every country in the world, but as many governments have chosen to implement increasingly restrictive regulations on vaping products, the territories to which we can ship have gradually reduced. This is a very sad situation both for us and for our valued customers all across the globe, many of whom had been with us for well over a decade and had become our good friends over the years. We do still ship far and wide, but if you don't see your country within the drop-down list of delivery countries at checkout, it's likely we can no longer ship to you. If in doubt though, please do contact us to double check.

 

VAT (sales tax)

Our prices are shown in British pounds (GBP) and include 20% Value Added Tax (VAT). This tax is not applicable on exports, and you will not be charged VAT at checkout on products or shipping if your delivery address is outside the UK.
Any duties and taxes charged by your customs authority upon import of the goods are your sole responsibility. Also note that the actual value of exported goods (i.e. the price you paid) is automatically declared electronically when the shipment label is created and cannot be altered to try to circumvent or reduce the import fees your Government has set on these goods.

If you are a non-UK customer, the first time you place an order, you will be shown the VAT inclusive prices up until you choose your delivery country in the cart, at which point, the VAT will be deducted from those items already in your cart, however if you continue to browse, the prices will continue to be shown inclusive of VAT until items are placed in your cart. We advise you create an account, because your tax status will then be set so that when you're logged in, all prices across the whole site will be shown to you without VAT.

 

Payments & Currency Conversion

Our PayPal payment option is currently only available to UK-based customers. If you're outside the UK (but not in the USA), please use either the card payment or the bank transfer option.

Unfortunately, neither the PayPal option or the card payment option can be used by customers in the United States so our valued US customers will need to pay for their order via a bank transfer. See Bank Transfer (International Customers) for instructions.

The conversion of your local currency into British Pounds will be handled by your bank or credit card provider who may also charge additional fees for foreign currency payments. For a rough idea of what you'll pay, we advise you check the current exchange rate before purchasing, using a site like XE Currency Converter - but be aware, the exchange rate provided by your bank or card issuer will differ slightly (in their favour).

Delivery

We offer a choice of Royal Mail or DHL Express to most international destinations. Both options require a signature on delivery. Royal Mail Airmail usually takes 4-15 days to arrive depending on destination and will be routed and delivered by your local mail handler. In most cases, packages sent by Royal Mail Airmail are not fully tracked at every stage during transit once they've left the UK. If you require an enhanced service, please select DHL which is a fully tracked, premium express service, with delivery times between 1-4 working days to the majority of destinations.

Please note: Royal Mail do not deliver to German Packstation addresses, you'll need to choose DHL shipping instead.

 

Customs Restrictions and Seizures

Some destinations do not allow the import of some of the products we sell. If you are based in a country that has restrictions on vaping products or nicotine containing products, you'll need to ensure you are aware of your local restrictions and understand that you order these products at your own risk. Middle Eastern and North African customs are particularly strict and they delay packages fairly frequently, sometimes destroying them, sometimes returning them after 2-3 months.

We cannot remove labels or packaging from e-liquids, or disguise the nature of the liquid in any way for any reason, so please do not ask us to do so. If you think nicotine containing liquids may be subject to restrictions in your locality, we advise you purchase liquids and hardware separately, a few days apart.

If your delivery is delayed and there's a possibility your package has been refused by your local customs, we will do our absolute best to assist, but cannot be held responsible if they destroy the goods.

If a package has been rejected and returned to us we will contact you to ask whether you'd like a refund, or for us to try resending it (at your own cost). If you opt for a refund, the actual postage costs and any payment fees we incurred will be deducted from your refund. These deducted costs may exceed the postage and packaging fee you originally paid. We will not resend goods or refund prior to receiving the return of the undeliverable package. So be sure to check your local regulations before ordering.
