Payment methods and bank details
We offer various payment options for your convenience. Each method is described below, with instructions if applicable.
Please contact us if you have any issues paying for your order using any of the available methods.
PayPal
Our PayPal option is available to our UK-based customers only. You will be directed to the secure PayPal site to make payment. Our site does not see or save any payment account or card details. PayPal offer a "Buy now, pay in 3" interest-free installment option that is handy for many.
Credit and Debit Card payment
Our card payment option is provided by Worldpay and is open to customers outside the US and Australia. You will be directed to the secure WorldPay site to enter your card details. Our site does not see or save any card details.
Our valued customers in the United States will need to pay for their order via an international bank transfer.
Bank Transfer (UK Customers)
If you’re in the UK and would like to pay by bank transfer, simply place your order and choose Bank Transfer at checkout. Then, make your payment using the bank details provided below.
Please be sure to enter Lime-IT Limited as the payee (NOT Creme de Vape, which is our trading name).

Bank Transfer (International Customers)
If you are located in the USA, Australia or any other country to which we aren't permitted to offer card payment or PayPal, or you just prefer to pay by bank transfer, simply place your order and choose Bank Transfer at checkout. Then follow one of the methods below to make your payment.
International transfer - The quick and easy method
After you've placed your order, there will be a link to pay via Wise on your order confirmation page on the website. Then we will also email you a quick and convenient link to pay via Wise (formerly known as TransferWise). Please keep an eye out for our email, and if you haven't received it within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact us quoting your order number, to request your Wise payment link.
Paying via a transfer service such as Wise is not only easier, it's typically much cheaper than an international payment made directly through your bank due to better exchange rates and lower fees. It's usually much quicker too, which means we can send your order without delays.
Payment is required within 5 days of order placement.
Once your payment’s received, we’ll get your order packed up and on its way to you.
Direct International transfer - The less easy method
If Wise does not work for you and you happen to have an account with Bank of America, Chase, or Citibank; they offer international transfers for free, so check your bank's online portal for international wire transfer options.
Here are the details you may need for a transfer if you're not using a Wise link. You may not need all of these details, as different banks ask for different information.
Please be sure you pay special attention to the GBP currency requirement and use Lime-IT Limited as the payee/beneficiary (NOT Creme de Vape, which is our trading name).
