Single use disposable vapes were banned in the UK on 1st June 2025.

Whether you love or hate disposables, there's no denying the fact they helped hundreds of thousands of adults make the switch away from smoking. The UK government introduced legislation banning their sale at the end of May 2025, mainly due to environmental concerns.

Although it's illegal for us to sell disposables now, it's not illegal for you to continue to use any disposables you bought before the ban came into effect.

The good news is, we have plenty of eco-friendly alternatives available to replace disposables, many of which have the same flavours, whether in pre-filled pods or e-liquids for refillable devices. You'll find rechargeable pre-filled kits are most similar to the disposables you've been used to.

Alternatively, you may prefer a refillable kit, which enables you to use the e-liquid of your choice.

Whatever your preference, you'll find reusable kits are not only cheaper long term, they produce less waste than their disposable counterparts.
