The Aspire PIXO MAX is the most capable device in the PIXO range. It builds on everything that made the original PIXO and PIXO Aura popular with a substantially larger battery, an upgraded dual display, and support for the new Dual Mesh pod range. If you loved the PIXO but wanted more battery life, more control, and better flavour, the PIXO MAX is the natural next step.

Where the original PIXO (1100mAh) and PIXO Aura (1300mAh) are compact, pocketable all-day companions, the PIXO MAX steps things up with a 2600mAh built-in battery capable of lasting a full day of heavy use on a single charge, with fast 2A USB-C charging getting you back up quickly when needed. The device is slightly larger at 117.3 x 32 x 20mm but remains genuinely pocketable.

The headline addition to the PIXO MAX is support for the new Aspire Dual Mesh pods available in 0.4Ω (25–35W) and 0.6Ω (18–22W). The dual mesh coil design heats e-liquid more evenly than a single mesh, delivering richer flavour, denser vapour and fewer dry hits throughout the life of the pod. The included 2ml pod uses Aspire's new snap-top cap fill design for clean, quick refills. Dual Mesh pods are also available in an XL size with the familiar side-fill silicone stopper design. The PIXO MAX is also fully compatible with the entire existing PIXO pod range, including the single mesh 0.4Ω, 0.6Ω and 1.0Ω pods, so if you already have spares, they'll work perfectly.

The device features three selectable power modes (ECO, NORMAL and MAX) toggled with three clicks of the fire button. ECO conserves battery for lighter sessions, NORMAL balances output and efficiency, and MAX delivers the strongest flavour and vapour production. Smart Mode automatically sets the baseline wattage to suit whichever pod resistance is fitted, so there's no manual configuration required.

Activation is equally flexible: choose auto-draw only (Mode A), button-only firing (Mode B), or a combination of both (Mode AB) to suit your preference. The embedded dual display shows coil resistance and battery level after each puff, then fades from view keeping the clean, minimal aesthetic the PIXO range is known for.

Adjustable side airflow lets you fine-tune your draw and the PIXO MAX supports Mouth-to-Lung (MTL) to Direct Lung (DL) vaping styles across its pod range.

How to Refill

The filling method depends on which pod you are using:

Included 2ml Dual Mesh pod (snap-top cap)

1. Hold the pod firmly and snap the top cap off — it requires a firm push with your thumb and may feel stiff on a new pod, this is normal.
2. Insert your e-liquid nozzle into the fill port and squeeze gently to fill. Avoid overfilling to prevent flooding and leakage.
3. Snap the cap firmly back into place before vaping.
4. On first fill, allow 5–10 minutes for the e-liquid to fully saturate the coil before use.

Dual Mesh XL and standard single mesh replacement pods (side fill with silicone stopper)

1. Locate the silicone stopper on the side of the pod and lift or pull it to one side to expose the fill port.
2. Insert your e-liquid nozzle and fill slowly. Avoid overfilling to prevent leakage.
3. Press the silicone stopper firmly back into place to seal before vaping.
4. On first fill, allow 5–10 minutes for the e-liquid to fully saturate the coil before use.
