The Taifun GTC-R is a German-made tank based on the prototype SmokerStore developed as part of their collaboration with Aspire for the highly successful Nautilus GT.
In contrast to the rest of SmokerStore's extensive range of atomisers, the GTC range (C for pre-made coils) is designed to accept Aspire Nautilus BVC coils - the most popular coil system in the vaping industry.

Some improvements and adjustments have been made since the original Nautilus GT prototype - most notably, the base of the Taifun GTC-R is made from a single piece and the plastic insert on the coil has been removed. The Taifun GTC-R supports a gap-free transition to the mouthpiece and has been designed exclusively for Mouth-to-lung (MTL) vaping.

Passive liquid control & top fill system
Similar to the Aspire Nautilus GT, the Taifun GTC-R is filled from the top via a convenient bayonet cap. An integrated chamber delays the absorption of e-liquid into the coil for a brief moment.

PCTG tank section
The Taifun GTC-R is equipped with a high quality PCTG tank. Unlike PSUs, the use of liquids containing nicotine salts is possible without restrictions. Once the tank is filled with e-liquid, the PCTG is as clear as glass.

Simplest operation
The Taifun GTC-R is designed for maximum ease of use. To change the coil, simply unscrew the base. Since the coil is only screwed into the base, it can be easily replaced from below, even if the tank is not empty. The draw resistance can be adjusted to individual needs using the AFC ring. Available airhole sizes are 0.8mm, 1.0mm, 1.2mm, 1.5mm, and 1.8mm.

Suitable for beginners and experienced users
The Taifun GTC-R is aimed primarily at vapers seeking a reliable, high-quality coil atomiser for MTL vaping. Even at high nicotine levels, the Taifun GTC-R is pleasantly mild and, thanks to the flavour-intensive BVC coils, delivers a full flavour even at moderate power levels. Furthermore, it is also a pleasantly quiet atomiser to use.

Two distinct versions
The Taifun GTC-R is available in two versions - the Anniversary Edition, featuring a clear bodied tank, and the Nautilus Edition, which has a steel cage reminiscent of the Nautilus GT Mini.

*IMPORTANT NOTES
Although the GTC-R is based on the original prototype for the Aspire Nautilus GT, the Aspire parts are not interchangeable with the GTC-R due to the 23mm diameter being different from the Aspire Nautilus GT. The recommended coil is the Aspire Nautilus 1.8Ω BVC coil. While the Nautilus 2S 0.4Ω Mesh coils will fit, be aware that increased heat generation may occur, depending on your individual draw pattern and airflow settings. The coil does not arrive installed. It is highly recommended to moisten it with e-liquid before installation. To increase durability and functionality, all o-rings are lubricated with neutral glycerin during the assembly process. If your unit appears "wet" upon arrival, this is why, and is perfectly normal. It is NOT a sign of previous use.
